Deadlines

The law sets deadlines and those who do not meet these deadlines lose their right to recover damages that are owed them.

It is very painful to have to tell someone that “Yes, you did have a good case but you allowed the statute of limitations to run. I am sorry, but I cannot help you.” I have had to do this many times in the course of my 50+ years of practicing law. What a shame.

Don’t fall into this trap and give the insurance companies a windfall. They are rich enough. . . they don’t need your help.

Whenever you have a legal problem get a free consultation and preserve your right to get whatever sum is owed to you. Some deadlines may be for as long as 4 years and as short as one month. Protect your rights and your family.
Get legal advice before it is too late.

Sincerely,

Carl Waldman
