Employment Claims

Until recently employees would work for many hours with out pay because they thought that they were obligated to do so.  They also assumed that went with the territory and they were not to be paid for the overtime.

Fortunately most employees have awakened and realized that in most cases they should be paid for the overtime.

Other abuses such as employee discrimination ( of different kinds) have been realized.

Your common sense should give you some hint as to whether you are being treated fairly.  If in doubt help is only a phone call away.  Pick up the phone and call an employment attorney or an appropriate government agency.

It is important that you know your rights.  Whether you act on that information is strictly your decision.  Some people feel they may be better off remaining quiet where there is not enough involved.  Its your decision but you can’t make an intelligent decision unless you know what the law is.

This is an enlightened age . . . . so be enlightened.  Call for information

Sincerely,
