Newspaper Article

I read an article recently that set the standards for the successful operation of a business or profession.

You start with trust - if you don’t establish trust you’re not going anywhere.

You follow with a good product whether it’s a legal service or deliciously prepared food. Mix in reliability, competitive prices, politeness, effort and honesty and you have the best recipe.

The article further expresses the importance of permanency.  Build your house (or business or profession) with a good solid foundation.  Your aim is to last and continue to serve your clients and customers for generations.  Keep in touch with them.

Watch for changes in attitudes and times (and in my case, laws) and be ready to and do shift when necessary.  You’ve got to stay current or you’ll fall behind.

Keep your office or business neat, attractive and clean.

Finally, you must listen to your client or customer.  They tell you what you need to hear.  Remember when they talk about your profession or business they are doing you a favor.

Good luck.

Sincerely,

Carl Waldman
