Trust

Who do you trust and who should you trust?

All of us have been taken for a ride by an unscrupulous somebody.  Should that make us distrust everybody?  Absolutely
not.  If we don’t place our trust in the lonely few we will spend a very barren life.  Trust is necessary.

How do we find a lawyer we can trust.  There are several reliable methods.  One is by asking our friends whose opinions we trust. This is probably the best one.  Another is to check the attorney’s reputation in a number of ways.  Ask how long he or she has been practicing law.  Who have they represented?  Where are they located?  How long have they been there?  Are they respected in the community?  Are they respected by other lawyers?  Do they have a reputation for expertise in the area and specialty you are seeking their advice for? Etc.

Make sure they are the right one for you and put your trust in them - you will be a lot better off.  Don’t go blind.  Be careful; take your time but definitely get a lawyer who will look out for you.  It’s a tough cruel world out there and you’d better take steps to protect yourself and your family.

Sincerely,

Carl Waldman
