Founded by Carl Waldman and Charles Smallwood in 1957, our law firm has grown to include four offices so we can better serve our clients in southeast Texas. We operate Waldman Smallwood with the belief that individuals who have been injured deserve compensation. In our work to obtain payment for clients, we do not give up. Our Fees

Compensation for our services is based solely on whether we are successful. We do not charge the client for any fees or expenses incurred by our firm unless we recover for you.

Our Practice

We focus on helping injured people. If you have been injured because of another person's negligence or misconduct, you may have a claim.
